Delete your WolfKey account

WolfKey by BeaconWolf (Ember Eagle Ltd). You can delete your identity yourself, at any time.

In the app

1. Open the WolfKey app.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete my identity.
3. Confirm with your fingerprint or screen lock.

This immediately erases your name, e-mail address, username, all your devices and push tokens from our server, and deletes the key from your phone.

Without the app

Lost your phone? Send a deletion request via the contact form on beaconwolf.com with your username. We delete the identity within 30 days.

What is kept

Security log entries (time, type of event, IP address) are kept for up to 12 months with only an internal identifier, to detect fraud. Then they are deleted.
